Ross School enjoys a safe, beautiful setting in East Hampton, New York. Its close proximity to New York City and JFK Airport makes Ross a perfect school for international students. Ross is the largest boarding school in New York, with over 240 boarding students attending from over 30 nations and the USA. Total school enrollment is 530. Boarding students enter grades 7-12. Students live in spacious houses with large bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and study. Ross houses represent the best of boarding life. All our houses are supervised by Ross Teachers, who live in the houses with approximately 6-10 students in beautiful, large homes. Our houses are located in the village of East Hampton (as is the school) allowing students easy access to the village of East Hampton. Ross students enjoy life on campus and also have access to the shops, theaters, beaches, parks, and restaurants of East Hampton. Ross Summer Term is designed for all levels of ESL learners: the program offers intensive instruction, activities and excursions for a 3 or 6 week time frame.
