BOSSA is an education industry association comprised of 100+ Chinese agencies. Founded in 2004 under the Chinese Ministry of Education, BOSSA licenses agencies, verifies Chinese student academic records and certifies education consultants in conjunction with ICEF. For ICEF Attendees: BOSSA International Services now assist international educators and service providers with their marketing, student recruitment and business needs in China. We're also seeking international partners to strengthen our overseas presence. More about us: BOSSA is a government-supported industry association of member educational agencies. Founded in 2004 under Chinese educational authorities, our association has grown to 71 agency members in Beijing, along with running a 26 agency, nationwide association known as COSSA, the China Overseas Study Service Alliance. Our purpose is to train, guide, and evaluate educational agencies according to both governmental policies and internationalized industry standards. Our agency members account for more than one third of all outbound Chinese student exchanges in the world. BOSSA houses the official CEAC (China Education Agent Certificate) professional training diploma program, in partnership with ICEF, and the BOSSA Authentication Center which verifies student documents with the Ministry of Education.
