The University of North Florida is one of 11 State Universities in Florida. The campus is located in sunny Jacksonville, Florida 10 minutes from the beaches and 15 minutes from Downtown. UNF offers an intensive English Language Program (ELP), undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The student population is around 17,000 students, making it a medium size University offering small classroom sizes and personal attention to our students. The ELP also maintains small class sizes with the intention to foster student learning and prepare students for their next step. Additionally, we now offer commission for ELP students. UNF has five colleges: College of Arts and Sciences, Coggin College of Business, College of Computing, Engineering, and Construction, Brooks College of Health, and the College of Education and Human Services. Some of the popular majors among our international students are computer sciences, international business, engineering, transportation and logistics, public health, and educational leadership. At the graduate level, the MBA, computer information sciences, mathematics, and engineering programs are also popular degrees for our students. UNF offers three doctoral programs in nursing, physical therapy, and educational leadership. UNF also has an active campus life and offers students top-notch facilities in classrooms, laboratories, and student recreation. The UNF motto really does say it all.
