The courses at the International Centre for Spanish of the University of Malaga (CIE-UMA) enable students to acquire and master Spanish as a foreign language. Qualifications are awarded by the University of Malaga according to the ECTS system, and these courses are adapted to our students’ particular needs and expectations. CIE-UMA is a “Instituto Cervantes Accredited Centre”. CIE-UMA belongs to the Network of Associate Centres of the Instituto Cervantes which only accepts centres fulfilling the quality conditions established by the Instituto Cervantes Accreditation System. The CIE-UMA promotes multicultural integration among its students, who come from all over the world, and facilitates a particularly dynamic sociolinguistic immersion in the city of Malaga.
