The American Consortium of Universities is comprised of four accredited institutions offering superior programs and dedicated to the international education of their students: The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Indiana State University, Valparaiso University, and INTERLINK Language Centers. The Consortium facilitates international student admission to 280+ graduate and undergraduate programs, offering excellent academic programs, including advanced science, engineering and technology, accounting, engineering, law, business administration, and sports medicine. Assistance to students in achieving fluency in English and adjusting to the new academic and cultural environment is provided by the INTERLINK center on each campus. Conditional admission is available to university applicants. Most degree programs waive the TOEFL or IELTS requirements for students successfully completing the INTERLINK program. A limited number of scholarships are available for students in the intensive English program. Not only does the Consortium offer strong academic programs. International students flourish in these institutions committed to international education, as evidenced by the people, facilities, and support services that are devoted to them. That commitment stems from a mission to help international students excel educationally and to embrace their contributions to the academic and learning environments of US students. Consortium universities also send students abroad to study; their cultural learning leads them to be far better global citizens and fellow students upon their return.
