Since 1969, American Heritage Schools have provided students with every opportunity for success. American Heritage Schools of Delray and Plantation, FL prepare over 3,500 local and international students annually for college. Guidance counselors work closely with students and parents through the entire college admission process. In the Upper School (Grades 9-12), students are offered courses on the College Prep, Honors and Advanced Placement levels. Our state-of-the-art facilities ensure a superior academic program including courses in the Medical/Science Professions, Pre-Engineering and Pre-Law, with internships available to Seniors. Our 10,000 sq. ft. Media Centers each have 140 computers available to students from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Our 120,000 sq. ft. Fine Arts facility encompasses well-equipped studios for students to develop their creativity and critical thinking skills. Our fine arts programs include award-winning courses such as Acting, Band, Chorus, Dance, Drama, Technical Theater, Photography, Architecture, Sculpture and Graphic Design. Our gymnasium, Olympic-size pool, tennis complex and various ball fields are available to students with a love of sports and who wish to be a part of our district, regional, and state champion teams. ESOL classes are offered to our international population.
